"Josiah and Dylan did an exceptional job at our home. We had our furnace go out on a Saturday and they came immediately and didn’t charge us for a trip charge and estimate. Our furnace was a builders grade unit that was 18 years old and they gave estimates to repair or replace. Due to the age of the unit, we decided to replace. The price was excellent and the quality of their work was outstanding. They arrived ahead of time to do the replacement and even moved their schedules around so we wouldn’t be without heat for an extended period. I highly recommend Obsidian for all of your heating and cooling needs! Plus, they are a veteran owned company as well, and I appreciate doing business with people who have served our country."

"Excellent job, replace two furnaces, one humidifier, and one A/C in a day. Dylan and Josiah were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Comes with 12 months of maintenance / labor and parts coverage, very reasonably priced. Very happy with the outcome. Also got water heater replaced due to old age of the equipment. Recommend!"

"Great Company !! My furnace died during the latest negative numbers cold snap and they got to us the same day it was late but the same day. They work around the clock and had all the estimates to me early the next morning. Had the new one (I decided it was the best option as it was 30 years old) in not long ago after that. "I found Obsidian Heating and Cooling by doing a Google search and reading all the good reviews not a single bad one was mentioned. The technician who came out today to look over our heater, Dylan was very nice, explained what he was doing while working. Explained the final outcome as to why it quit working in a manner we understood the problem. I was also expecting to spend an outrageous price for someone coming out on a Sunday but we didn't the price was very reasonable. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone."
