Even though I was close, they didn’t want me to risk further damage so they helped me put my doughnut on and get my car over to their shop. Got a new tire delivered/installed and was on my way. "Reached out to get a new set of tires on my Explorer after finding a nail in one. Tony was quick to find me a great deal on a set of tires that were great quality and within my budget. He got me scheduled the following business day. Waiting area was great to accommodate my high energy four year old. They were great to work with and got me back on the road. Highly recommend!"
"Called and scheduled an appointment for four new tires. Went in and picked out tires they had in stock and they said feel free to wait it shouldn’t take more than a hour. Two hours later I am still sitting there after being told multiple times that it was almost done and then was told they couldn’t figure out how to reset the TPMS sensors. They also said they wouldn’t let me take the car unless the sensors were off as I had said it’s fine my mechanic five blocks away could do it in five minutes. They didn’t know you have to drive up to 35 miles for them to recalibrate. I would have let it go up to that point but when their apology was a free oil change for the place that took two hours for four tires, I can only imagine an oil change could take a whole day."

"I was treated very respectfully. I was a walk in customer. They looked at my car fairly quickly. My car would not start while I was out shopping. I had to have it jump started by a very nice gentleman from a tow company and he also recommended Jensen tire because it was close. Jensen tire evaluated my car and gave me advice and they did not charge me a dime. I would not hesitate to go back. They were very kind and courteous. I left a "happy women". Thank you."
