"We typically take our phones to batteries plus when screens break. Tried to use them today but they told us they wouldn’t do it because they rounded out the screws last time and didn’t want to be responsible for damaging the phone, which was odd. Brought my phone to Dial N Style after finding him on Google. He fixed it with no issues. He was kind, professional and got it done quick, I would definitely recommend !!"

"Got screen and battery replaced in IPhone 8Plus. Within a week the home button stopped working. Talked to Verizon and they said screen was probably bad or didn’t hook up right. I emailed 3 Times and called several times with no answer or a way to leave a message. I finally called Mall office and they took a message to them. Took 2 days but finally got an email back. Went back and they replaced the screen a second time. Within a week of that the phone quit charging. We went into Verizon and they said to have battery checked. Gave us reference to use. We went to another store and that guy said the battery we paid to have put in was a used recharged battery. It was NOT a new one. He also said screen was a very cheap version. We had to replace the battery and it charges now no problem. I would NOT recommend this store. Nothing but trouble for us!!"
