"This used to be my favorite place to go to in the morning and when I went to work. Sadly their new employees they have hired think it's okay to talk about customers when they come inside, regardless of what they look like. That is so unprofessional and disrespectful you have no idea what someone is going through. Will not be back to this location any more and have been going here for 4 years."
"Just went through the drive through and ordered an almond milk hot chocolate. When I ordered, the lady seemed incredibly confused but I thought nothing of it until I got the drink. The drink was not even hot to the point a hot cocoa should be and there was no chocolate in it. It was just steamed almond milk. Will never go again. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money."
"Okay coffee but if you don't get your coffee black most items are loaded with milk and sugar. Donuts are decent."
"I was very disappointed in the items I received- ordered a hot coffee (it was lukewarm and had to microwave it). Hash browns were cold and SOGGY (and falling apart- I had to eat them with a fork). The chorizo egg wrap was good, but also LUKEWARM, and had to reheat in the microwave. My daughter got an egg sandwich and double chocolate donut- no issues. I spent almost $25 for breakfast for 2 and still had to prep my food and coffee before I could even consume it. I feel like I was ripped off and overall this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and will likely not return. Sadly, DD has been a staple in our family- we used to live in the New England area, where DD has always been a fave-unfortunately, young kids who don’t care about the way food/drinks go out to customers, DD has lost my business."
"I don't enjoy the custom service. They get my order wrong almost every time or the put my donuts upside down and all the frosting comes off in the bag. Please fix this. I'm not happy about it"
