"The merchandise is always in very good condition. It's arranged well and easy to find correct sizing and color. The person at the fitting room was pleasant. The lady at the counter checking me out needs customer service training, or perhaps a different line of work. I got the impression she was upset with a coworker, she needs to learn not to take out her frustration on her customer. I was in the store Feb 21."
"Just left the store because one lady called out that they were closed in a very condescending tone….but no one decided to tell us that when we first walked in. Mind you, we were walking around the store for about 10 minutes. The minute we walked in, we got looks and the vibe was so off. Felt very high school especially how the older ladies gave off stuck up vibes."
"This store is hit or miss. Also every time I have been, it smells like poop. Of course they have a candle or something to try to cover it, but it's nauseating."
"I encountered Latisha today. I am miffed at how I was made to feel like a nuisance and inconvenience while only trying to contribute and consume from this business. It’s not a personality quirk, it is truly unacceptable communication. I felt so uncomfortable that I will never come back here or recommend style encore. Please work on being more kind to people."
"I have shopped here since they opened. I go back because they have good clothes. The staff is horrible to customers and to each other. On my last visit, the manager was extremely rude to a phone customer and then after hanging up, she complained and loudly made fun of the caller. They are rude, snobby, and unkind. They loudly gossip about customers. Gross for grown women!"
