"Only giving one star because zero isn't an option. XPO was supposed to make a large item delivery to me for Amazon. I scheduled the delivery for a Saturday, and they texted to confirm my Saturday delivery the day beforehand. On Saturday morning, I got a call telling me they had to reschedule because they couldn't fit my delivery on the truck. Not my problem, but I still had to reschedule. They asked if I could be there for a Tuesday delivery, and I said no, because I have a job. It had to be the next week on Saturday. So they rescheduled it for Saturday. Cut to Friday morning, I get a text message confirming my delivery for the next Monday. Are you kidding me? This is a logistics company, and they can't even figure out how to fit a package on a truck, or how to deliver that package two miles away from their warehouse. I am amazed at the level of incompetence required to be this poor at making a delivery. I will never be working with XPO, and I'll also never order anything large through Amazon again because it's not worth dealing with XPO."
