Norwalk Village Estates is a charming brick building complex located in a lovely residential setting in Norwalk, Iowa. The spacious two-bedroom units feature amenities such as dishwashers and built-in microwaves. Off-street parking is available at no additional charge, and water and trash removal are paid for by the landlord. Residents only need to pay for electricity.
The cozy city of Norwalk is conveniently located southwest of Des Moines, making it easy to access West Des Moines and Jordan Creek Mall. The complex is situated on a quiet residential street that backs up to a city park. Norwalk Village Estates is a non-smoking community, with all apartments and grounds designated as smoke-free.
Residents can pay rent through their tenant portal or with a money order or personal check. Late fees apply for rent not received by the 4th or 10th of the month. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit and monthly rent, but dogs and rodents are not permitted. Written permission is required for fish and caged birds.
