"my Grandson and I returned one last ride of the year. once again we were not disappointed!! this place is awesome and very well kept you could tell the owner had just made more improvements to the property can't say enough good things about this place GREAT TIME spend the whole day met alot of rider's doing the same thing as us. can't wait to get back and do it again, I had to edit my review because I could not leave another one . we have been back here 5 times since my first review, bringing friends with us who keep telling us the great time they had and wanting to come back I can't say enough positive about this place its great!! and it's a great place to bond with family and friends we are all ready planning our next trip here I gave this place a 5 star on my first review if I could I'd give it a 10 !! we are over an hour away but it is worth the ride"

"Our family gathered there the end of July and had a wonderful time. Beautiful setting. Steve and his wife came and checked on us after some strong storms. Really appreciated that. Would reciprocate anyone who enjoys the outdoors and wants a casual family gathering place."

"We stayed here with friends. The place was nasty. The tub was covered in ants. They had ant traps around the tub. When we got there behind the couch was dirty laundry. I live on gravel roads. He does not maintain the roads at all. Low cars should be careful. The middle is high. We got 7 inches of snow, there was nothing for shoveling snow or ice melt. We all had severe falls on the ice and snow. Several beds were broken. A piece of trim fell on my friend while she was sleeping. The carpet had stains. No cleaning supplies or vacuum. The pillows were so flat. Several outlets didn't work and I needed to plug my cpap. Pots and pans were nasty. Hardly any silverware. For the amount of money we paid was so not worth it. Lots of dust under rugs, the shower floor was filthy. I'm talking dirt floor. Cobwebs everywhere. We took lots of pictures when we got there. Behind the cabin bags of trash. If someone is taking a shower there is no water in the kitchen. After we cleaned and drained the tub (had to go buy cleaning supplies) we drained it and water came up through the toliet. We were all just so disappointed. Especially for the amount of money we paid!!!"

"What a gem of a facility this is. I’m partial to the driftless zone (look it up) and the scenery and trails throughout the massive property do not disappoint! The owner Steve is a stand up guy that you can tell he puts a lot of effort into every aspect of the place. Is working on grooming the trails that have been rutted it up (which are not bad any way). Continuing to upgrade. Plans to add trailer parking and wide groomed horse trails in the near future. Limited camp sites with electric hook up (no sewer). And cabins available for rent. Sleeps 4-8-10 people. No trash anywhere in site so people have been doing great at taking out what they bring in!! Very thankful to have this kind of riding facility close to the quad cities. Would love to brag about the place more but selfishly would like to keep it quite. Keep up the great work!"

"Hands down my newest favorite place to ride. Steve the owner is an amazing host and genuinely good guy. The cabins are very nice and very secluded. It was everything my wife and 2 year old daughter needed for a getaway. The trails are so much fun and he has levels for all kinds of riders. There is so much to do from riding, fishing, playground and much more. The whole county is SxS legal so we were able to ride to other towns and check out shops and restaurants. Can't say enough about this place. Thank you so much Steve, we will be returning soon!"
