"OVERALL THESE ARE A PRETTY GOOD APARTMENTS TO LIVE IN.THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY EVEN WHEN I WAS LATE ON MY RENT THEY HELPED ME OUT AND GAVE ME A EXTRA MONTH TO PAY. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM IS AMAZING THEY FIX THINGS VERY FAST AND THEY ARE VERY HONEST. EVEN MY KID LOVED LIVING HERE THE ONLY REASON I GIVE THEM 4 STARS IS CAUSE WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN I COULDN'T STAND MY NEIGHBORS THEY WHERE RACIST OR SOMETHING!!! BUT EVERYTHING ABOUT THE APARTMENTS I LOVED ESPECIALLY THE FIREPLACE!! I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY HERE! ALSO THE RENT NEVER WENT UP IT STAYED CONSISTENT AND THATS HARD TO FIND IN MOST APARTMENTS. IF I NEVER BOUGHT ME A HOUSE I WOULD STILL LIVE HERE! THANK YOU STAFF AND MAINTENANCE TEAM FOR MAKING THESE ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I EVER LIVED!"

"Have lived here for three years. Have had 0 problems. Maintenance is very fast at responding to issues and everyone including in the office are super nice and helpful. Billy in maintenance is a hard worker and is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Great customer service!"

"After nearly ten years, I've moved away from this location but I felt I could share my opinions. In all of my years the service for both repairs and requests has been prompt and satisfactory, and only one rent increase during that time. They offer rent payment and maintenance options online as well as communication if there are outstanding issues. Maintenance also was very understanding and cooperative for my schedule, a must since COVID has so many people working from home. They are also installing google fiber as of this review, which I sadly won't be able to enjoy. The one time pet fee (rather than monthly pet rent) saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. The location is also very convenient, with a couple of bar/grills nearby, as well as Hyvee and Walgreens. A vet is also five minutes just up the road if you have pets. Now, for some of the downsides. The apartments are old, with old appliances and fixtures. While the complex is very prompt with replacing things when they break down, it's very often that new appliances do not quite fit with the size and shape of the apartment's design. The new dishwasher my unit got was a quarter inch too tall for the counter it was going under, so it just got wedged in. There's also damage in some places (namely, the roller track for the patio door that was bent out of shape) that they didn't seem interested in fixing. Parking is also very hit or miss depending on what unit you're in. Lastly, depending on where you are in the complex you may have a -lot- of children foot traffic, which might be a concern if you get packages delivered. I hope this review is useful!"

"This is my first apartment I have lived in since 18 and now almost 3 years. Management and maintenance are great and always very welcome, accommodating, and good people. Reviews about parking, sticks, etc people tend not to report, but just complain. Anytime I have had an issue I have reported and was fixed the next day, if not a week at absolute most. New pool pass system keeps rules in place. They are very spacious and affordable."
