"Haven't lived here but a family member has. They are nice apartments. The apartment the family members was in was two bedrooms two bathrooms first floor. The issues I have is there not allowed to have there kids bicycles out front on there little concrete porch couldn't have there barbecue grill out there. It's supposed to be for low income people which most have kids but no kind of playground. Granted the city park is right across the street. Then for low income to me $700+ a month rent to me is crazy for a single mother of two doesn't get child support and making $18 an hour. Plus utilities on top of it besides the water that's payed by these people raking in somewhere around $7000 per floor a month and there's three floors."
"Brenda is one of the kindest managers I have ever encountered with. I felt like she genuinely cared about my situation and what I’m going through. Even though i I did not meet the income guidelines I will still be sure to recommend this place."
