Plaza Manor Apartments

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Tired of the b.s. I'm finding a new place when this lease is done. Bathroom sink hasn't worked the whole 3 YEARSive been here. It's damn near falling off the wall now. Called multiple times but never get anyone to answer. The thermostat does not work yet the heat turns on at random points so I have to ether open the windows or turn on the a/c during the winter or it gets up to 90° easily. Last year they towed my backup vehicle without any notice at all. No sticker no call no note or anything. Just a card saying we towed your vehicle. So when my car broke down alittle over a week ago I called and told them I'm fixing it. And would be ordering the parts that Friday. Well here I am. Parts are arriving on the 13th. And what do I wake up to? A sticker on my car saying they are going to tow my car on the 12th! Are you serious? I call the office and ofcourse no answer but guess what? they won't be in the office until the 13th. Because they are only in the office 2 days out of the week? That is ridiculous!!! Oh and to top it off they are charging me a month to month fee even though I signed up for a year lease. But can I get ahold of anyone to discuss these issues? NO!! Voice-mail everytime! And are those calls returned? Nooooo ofcourse not! Oh and the icing ontop!!! In my entire life I've never had a bug issue! Never!! For the first year no problems. Then I saw a cockroach. Ever since it has gotten worse and worse! I keep a very clean apartment but these things are crawling out of the outlets!! They leave notices about inspections and pest controle but nobody actually shows up. There was supposed to be an inspection yesterday but did anyone show up? Nope. Terrible management, horrible maintenance and even worse respect for thier renters. Do not rent here.!!!"

"If I would I give 0 star for plaza manor apartments I have been email and called since last year november 2022 to until sep. 2023 all most year now and no body come for fix maintenence work I m so tied for called and email even when I call no one answer or when someone receive call say we got it your order and sent someone for fix it after copul of weeks but no any one come."

"DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!! Disgusting, smell, not livable! Moved in my shower was not working called so many times to get it fixed and nothing has been done. Went to the leasing office which maintenance claimed they didn’t know about most things but also stated they were fixed. I shouldn’t be having to go through this when I just moved in! I payed all my dues and can’t get a time frame of when things will get fixed. They should have made sure this apartment was ready for move in! I don’t even want to give them one star. This is ridiculous."

"At 7/5/2022 at 11:18 am I payed 340$ for my appartment application and was called to be shipped to basic training in Army a few days later and they told me I would be refunded and still waiting to this day. Never answer phones or emails. Still have the receipts. -Enrique Lumberas"

"I feel like this is the last affordable apartment out there. I loved living here. I had to move because of a job offer, but I didnt want to leave. No its not fancy or modern, but it is up to date. Yes, I had some maintenance issues. I went a month with no working oven. But they tried several times to fix it. I ended up getting a brand new one. I was informed every step what was going on. Office was not always open or available but I was okay with that. I miss living here."
