"I’ve lived at walnut lake for almost four years. I gotta say Dave is one of the best Maintenance guy I’ve met. He’ll make sure everything that broken gets fixed. Always smiling, always having good conversations with people. He’ll always say hi or wave when he see you. He’s one of the best at walnut lake apartments. He does his job from his heart. He’s definitely a 5 Star."

"I recently had an issue with my washer not working and had maintenance come in. I had Dave and he was incredible. Unfortunately, the piece we were waiting on wasn’t the only thing wrong with it, but he reassured me that he would get it figured out. I had to wait about a week for the new washer to come in but as soon as it did he was at my apartment ready to get it done. He apologized and it wasn’t like having any creepy maintenance man come in, he was very nice, courteous, and quick. If I have any future problems I hope they send Dave!"

"I would never recommend these apartments to anyone solely based on horrible management team. Unfortunately I forgot to document damage to my front door when I moved in, that happened before move in, and I just continued to live with the damage to avoid conflict as it didn't affect my living conditions at all. Management knew about the damages through the entirety of my stay because the door would creek while opening, but they never fixed it or bothered to ask me, and I get charged $200+ from my deposit for a new front door. The carpet was never cleaned before my move in, and it was matted down. I expressed my concern and dislike with this to them, and they refused to do anything. Another concern I have is when I moved in, the vinyl floors in the kitchen had a big scrape, and after multiple requests, they were fixed, but it makes me wonder if the resident before me was charged for the damaged floors, and they weren't fixed until I said something. I ignored bad reviews online because I was so excited to live there, and it turns out every single one of them was accurate. Don't make the same mistake as me."

"My husband and I had a great experience with Jordan from Walnut Lake Apartments. She gave us a virtual tour of the property with an excellent attitude. She was patient with us and all of our questions while also being very informative. So glad we were able to have such great customer service while also looking at the property from out of state."

"If I could give a zero star rating.. I would have. I've only ever lived in apartments my entire adult life.. and this is by far the worst place I've lived. If you want to feel like animal lives are more important than your own, this is the place for you. Make sure you don't hang any pictures up. They will charge you as if you completely destroyed the place.. I would not even suggest this place to my worst enemy. I lived there for 6 months and got gouged. 2 thumbs down for me."
