"The property is kept up with regular bug spraying and cleaning. Some of the buildings are a bit old and are in need of updating. It seems a lot of people have issues with the plumbing. My unit is nice. I personally enjoy living here. I think I have one of the better units. Trash is always an ongoing issue. Tenants don't mind if their open bags fall to the ground. The garages need major repairs with the roof and damaged doors and the corners of the garages. Tenants have backed into the garages several times. I would honestly just tear down the ones on the western side and leave the garages on the south side of the property. And then add additional parking spaces.lastly, some sort of security would be good. Like badging to get in or cameras installed. Several things are stolen from our doors quite often."
