"My only complaint is that when I paid they didn't give me the total amount due. I paid what their app told me to and few days later somehow there was a small balance due and since I don't check my email every day they charged me a $60 late fee. On top of the $10 online pay fee(which they don't tell you about either) and they don't give any other way to pay other than the app. So if your garbage rental is $75 it's ACTUALLY $85!! Why don't they just tell you that the rental is $85 instead of sneaking the $10 in there?"
"Under new management-Todd & Brandon are doing a great job. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manor. Nice pool. Table & chairs provided by gas grills. Apartments are really nice sized. Glad we live here."
