Robin Hill Apartments

"The WORST apartments. Mice in apartment. Nobody to contact ever. Didn’t even give us keys on our move in day. Couldn’t contact anyone. Microwave hasn’t worked since move in. No mail key for months. 25 dollars put paper notice on the door. It smells. Will never ever rent here again."

"This place has seriously gone down hill since we moved in last year. Have so many maintenance issues that have not been addressed. From power outlets that are loose and won't hold a plug, to loose stairs on the spiral staircase going to the loft and don't forget the peeling paint in the showers. So many issues and nobody has even responded when we call maintenance or the office. The apartments are no where worth the price of rent they charge."

"Sewer backed up three times into my bathtub in the toilet and all over the floor in hallway. Last time I called maintenance they didn’t show up for 24 hours. I had human feces in my my hallway and my bathroom tub. Management is rude and never there Management also don’t answer phone and you have to go to other apartment across town to see them. I was assaulted by neighbor who had a criminal history Neighbors use bar b que area and leave trash everywhere The pool is closed half the time Worst experience ever. Had mice because someone left half eaten donuts by my door My daughter and neighbor had bikes stolen Should be called Robin Hell"

"We have been living at Robin Hill for 4 months, and really enjoy it. The building and units are old and outdated, but clean and have a nice floor plan. The master bedroom is large with a large walk-in closet. There is only one bathroom, but it is very spacious. We are on the 3rd floor, with a wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceiling in the main living area. We have a patio door to a balcony that faces the hill and a nice tree. Our experience here has been very good. Our unit is extremely quiet. Staff is wonderful - they respond promptly and are extremely pleasant. Package deliveries in the locked boxes are convenient to use. Parking has never been a problem, and we found that not having a garage was no problem at all this past winter. The hallways and stairwells have rather old carpet that could use replacing, but overall we recommend Robin Hill:)"

"At first this place wasn’t terrible and management was really helpful. It’s not the worst place to live for your first apartment. But, there are some issues. Management is still pretty good, but there are issues with the building, maintenance, neighbors and the overall complex. - maintenance broke into our apartment at 2am without calling or knocking first. I was 8 months pregnant. It was the most terrifying thing. I called and complained and management acted like I was the problem. - we have a mice problem. We called maintenance and they just sprayed some stuff over a hole instead of fixing it. The hole is open a month later and we have mice again. We have had centipedes as well. - The dryer broke, I’ve called maintenance, and it took two weeks to get fixed. You had to dry everything twice to get it dry which cost 1.75 for each dry. - Neighbors moved in above us, drop cigarettes from the balcony and are super loud. The floor creeks and bombs with every step they take. - The neighbors to the left walk right past our window and look in. They apparently flush everything (from what maintenance said) so our drains constantly back up with smelly and nasty water. - They don’t enforce picking up after your dogs. There is constantly poop everywhere. - As a dog friendly complex, they should use proper salt for the ground. Instead they use stuff that hurt my dogs paws so bad she cried and wouldn’t go outside anymore. Overall, if you are looking for the “perfect apartment”, this isn’t it, but it’s not the worst place to live."
