"Shortly after I moved in, the property was taken over by BAM Companies out of Indiana. It’s gone downhill since then. The security for all external doors has been broken for a few months. So, no code or fob needed for anyone to get into the building (scary). The community Wifi for all common areas “went down” about 6 months ago and has never been fixed. The gym is nice and a lot of people use it. However, there has been no cleaning or disinfectant wipes in the gym for 6+ months (gross). I reached out to management 3x on the WiFi and disinfectant wipes and I was told they were “working on it” and nothing has been fixed. If you want to rent the community room, it’s a $200+ charge for the day. I rented the community room for a bridal shower and none of the trash had been taken out prior to my rental and the bathrooms were all out of toilet paper and in bad shape. It’s odd that residents have to pay to rent their own community room, but if I’m going to pay I expect the other amenities to be clean. I have tried reaching out to BAM’s corporate office a few times and a) the email listed on their website isn’t a legit email and b) no one has ever returned my voicemails or answered the phone during business hours. You can expect a yearly rent increase as well. It’s a good location but several negatives in the past year are why I am choosing to move to another apartment! Would not recommend!!!"

"Park88 is a great place to live and raise a family. My kids love how close the school is from our place and rent is very reasonable. The maintenance team here are great as well."

"This place is really nice! My only complaint so far is that some of the construction details seem a little flimsy. Nothing major, and likely nothing you wouldn't find in any other newly built place. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is amazing, and the amenities are good too. If you have a dog, this is a very dog-friendly place. I hope to continue living here for years to come."

"Very friendly and helpful office staff. Maintenance is very fast when issues arise. I love that everything is inside. During the February blizzard, unless one was required to leave for work or medical treatment, there was no reason to go outside. Trash room, mail center, fitness center, coffee bar and even book exchange nook are all within the complex. Storage lockers are available. I used the underground parking during winter months which I loved. Also, it doesn’t matter what floor you’re on because there are two sets of elevators. I sometimes like to go to the community room and watch TV on the big screens. Awesome place!"

"I lived at Park 88 for 2 years. I chose to move there because the location was excellent, and the apartment was very clean. Unfortunately after BAM Management took over, this whole apartment complex took a turn for the worst. Now I want to be completely honest in writing this review, as I hate to ever have to give a one star, so that being said, I am providing evidence to back my experience living here. Cleanliness: The worst part of living here was the overall cleanliness of the apartment. The floors and hall carpets have multiple stains and the smells in the hallways are really bad. It seems they only care about cleaning the entrance of the building and I notice they only give tours using the first elevator as it’s cleaner. The back side of the building and other elevator feels completely ignored and it got worse and worse with the cleanliness towards the end of my stay. Pets: The dog park is also very unfortunate as that was another reason I originally moved here. It’s very unkept and it seems like very few people pick up after their dog. The old management was really good about enforcing dog clean-up but the dog poop problem was a constant issue to deal with. This is a problem around the whole property, and I always worried about my dog stepping on it and bringing it into the building. Building structure: The bird poop problem has gotten out of hand. The birds have basically taken over this building building nests in multiple balconies causing bird poop to be everywhere. The doors to this building constantly break leaving a screeching dragging sound every time it’s opened. The second elevator has broken many times as well. Lastly, there’s been vandalism on the property sidewalks which I’ve never seen around this area before, as well as garbage around the pond areas.. so it’s all very disappointing. Overcharges: I’ve gotten overcharged a couple of times so just make sure you are reviewing your monthly bill!"
