"Property Management and Maintenance is a severe disappointment. Work orders go unanswered and when questioned why the work has not been completed within the time frames established by the Property managers, their answer is "I don't know " followed by another delay in getting things fixed. If you are in need of getting to work or school on time and without accident following a snow or ice event make sure to plan to do your own shoveling and salting as they will not coordinate a company to deal with it until their business hours after 8am."

"The Property Manager, Angel, is unprofessional and dishonest. Several attempts were made to try to speak with her on the phone-she never returned any of the calls. Countless emails went ignored or contained responses that had nothing to do with anything mentioned/asked in the previous emails. Weeks after she said we would receive notice about if we had gotten the apartment or not she was finally forced to admit that she listed the unit as available despite the fact that the current tenants were not moving and had never signed anything stating they intended to. Several attempts have been made to speak to her Supervisor have been ignored."
