Quality Inn & Suites

"Nice location near shopping & dining areas. Caution though as up a steep hill which is tricky in winter as we found out because they did not keep it cleared off or well salted. Inside looks decent & initial interaction at check-in was good. The gentleman was friendly & quick. Our checkout interaction left a lot to be desired. The woman was on the phone, did not acknowledge me to let me know she would be with me in a minute & after about five minutes she ended her call (which at least was business related) and helped me. Very cold & unfriendly. Unable to print receipt but was able to email it to me. Actual room was spacious (king suite), but in very poor condition. The vent cover in the bathroom was coming off (but operational); the cover on the ac/heating unit was coming off (but operational); and several outlet covers were loose or cracked. Seemed to be an electrical nightmare waiting to happen. The bathroom was relatively clean but the mirror had old splatter all over it. A couple of the towels were either rusty or dirty (let's hope rusty). The sheets on the bed were clean (thoroughly investigated) and the bed was okay....not the best or worst I've experienced. The TV had reception issues and would pixilate when changing channels so had to keep turning it off & on. The channels did not match the list provided which was a very dirty piece of paper. There was a nice sized mini fridge & microwave which seemed operational but we did not use. There was old paper (probably toilet paper) that had been put up wet & was now dried covering the peep hole in the door and the smoke detector. The entrance doors on both end sides of the building were supposed to be locked & only accessible via key card but were both broken & open to anyone. Pet-friendly for an upcharge. Needs some serious attention & care overall but I guess you get what you pay for."

"Our room had an air conditioner cover that was covering the numbers so it was broke the smoke detector was covered by some kind of toilet tissue and the peephole had tissue poked in it as well. Vent cover in the bathroom was coming undone and it needed some attention with electrical outlets and caulking in the bathroom. Just look generally run down with no maintenance but if you need a place to sleep for cheap this is your place"

"Half the lights in the room didn't work, no extra security at entrance doors at night or on the room door itself. The flat screen TV was the nicest thing in the room. Found a huge spider in the bathroom, that I took a picture of."

"I had made a reservation for an overnight stay at a particular establishment, with a seminar to attend the following day. When I woke up in the morning and attempted to use the shower, I adjusted the faucet from 4:30 AM to 5:00 AM, expecting warm water. To my surprise, there was no hot water. I decided to visit the reception to inquire about the issue. The receptionist explained, "Well, you should understand that it was 40 degrees outside last night, and we have around 40 rooms in the building. It's challenging to provide access to warm water for everyone. You'll need to wait for about an hour and a half." I was quite taken aback by this explanation. Later that day, I reached out to the general manager, Mike Desai, to report the shower issue. Instead of offering any compensation, he seemed to try and shift blame onto the staff member who didn't assist me promptly. Furthermore, Mike mentioned that he couldn't provide compensation because I had booked online. However, when I provided proof that I had booked in person, he claimed he needed to consult with his superior and, unfortunately, never followed up. In reality, he is the ultimate authority and seemed to be attempting to evade responsibility. I strongly discourage anyone from considering this place for their accommodation. It falls far below acceptable standards in every aspect."

"Location was good, rooms are a bit run down. They are doing some remodeling so that looks to be getting better. The staff was nice and helpful, and the location was very convenient. I did try the breakfast one morning and I will say that left much to be desired. Overall a good place for the price."
