"Quiet, clean, and comfortable. This hotel is a nice place to stay. My only disappointment is that the hotel advertises itself as being pet friendly, yet when I inquired about having a pet friendly room, I was informed that the fee for having a pet is $75. This seems quite exorbitant. Normally, I would expect to pay about $20 to have a pet friendly room."

"The place is nice but the price is a little too steep. Pets are $75 non refundable and $250 if they bark. Everything was alright but the front desk Dylan was just rude. Honestly we me mentioned between us that it was a bit steep for a pet and he said you can look for another hotel. I was like wow rude. Checking us in he seemed to be interested in being anywhere but at work. The entire one night stay cost us over $250. And honestly wasn't anything different from something that cost $100 cheaper."

"Great hotel. Nice rooms. Front desk clerk shamed me in front of my wife and guests behind me for not using Hilton rewards. I paid too much she said. She wasn't aware that I got 10% cash back on my card, and 15 off my next hotel, the next day. Hire people that don't have a big mouth on situations they can't fathom..."

"The rooms were clean and well kept. Great location near tons of restaurants and shopping. I had to wait to check in because nobody was at the front desk. The gentleman that was also waiting said he had been there 15 minutes. Had the same issue checking out, no staff to be found."

"A pair of air pods were left at the hotel, my son called and left a message to call if they found them. I finally called 2 weeks later and they confirmed yes, they did have them and they would mail them to me, we never received the air pods. I continued to call weekly for the next month, only to be told over and over the person I needed to talk with was not there and that they would call me back. Finally I got on a call today with three people, a front desk staff, a shift manager and the sales manager only to be told again, "yes we found them, we had them in our possession, but we lost them. But we also are not responsible for guest items." My next steps, they say is to file a non-emergency police report with the Sioux City PD. Are you kidding me? I totally get that if my son would have left them and they never were found or if they had been stolen prior to the hotel having any knowledge of them, that is on us. BUT if you found them, you were supposed to be sending them back to me and YOU lost them, that is on you!! The GM refused to get on the call or call me back and made her staff be the go between, super unprofessional. PLEASE if you stay at this hotel, make sure you don't leave anything of value behind!!! Worst case of a business not taking accountability for their own actions, EVER! Mistakes happen, I totally understand, but own up to them!"
