"I use to live here and let me tell you it was extremely difficult to get in touch with management just for a simple fix. The toaster would trip the breaker and I was told that I can't use any other outlet in the kitchen/part of the livingroom if the fridge was running (which is all the time??)"
"I live here and I can assure you that it is no easier to get ahold of anyone once you're paying rent. The office recording still says that they will be closed June 22, 23, 24...today is December 1. Now on day 17 of holes in my ceiling, dripping water. They are aware. Always a good conversation piece when friends and family come to visit and ask about my living conditions."
