Cellar 19 Wine & Deli

"Party of 8 about 5:30pm on 12/30/23. We were the only table occupied, 2 customers at the bar. The food was amazing, as always, but that's where the positive experience ends. I first asked the server for the Wifi password: "It's our phone number, and I don't know what it is." I'd hoped in her many trips back and forth to the counter, she'd get the password for me. She didn't. In the end, I had to look it up for myself. I've never dined in before (always takeout). My fountain soda didn't taste right, and she only offered another flavor, none of which I wanted. I asked her if she couldn't change the bag. "I don't know how to do that." After she walked away from the table, I realized they had a cooler of bottled soda, so I grabbed my preferred flavor. She offered no apology for the inconvenience and didn't offer a cup of ice. I had to ask for it. When she was processing my elderly mother's ticket, she stood behind my mother's chair, forcing her to twist around to access the tablet. My mother was clearly struggling, and the waitress did nothing to accommodate her, so I took the tablet from her hands and placed it directly in front of my mother. If I could have left a tip just for the cooks, I would've as they truly deserved it. The server didn't earn one from me, and I didn't leave one. Never again."

"Many sandwich options with unique sides ie: pasta salad, potato salad, or just regular chips. They have desserts and Many wines to choose from! Service was amazing and the sandwich was delicious!"

"A friend told me about this place so decided to giver out a try. Great friendly environment, family friendly, nicer outside eating area. Staff was friendly even though they were short handed at the time, always smiling and helpful. Good was great, prices were very fair, great homemade macaroni salad and a wine club was well that you can join. Great for dining anytime during the day or evening. Giver itt a try and you won't regret it."

"This darling joint just off of Valley View Drive has always been a guarantee for great food, great drinks, and stellar staff! Whether you’re coming in for a quick glass of wine, some takeout, dinner service, or some great dessert, Cellar 19 has always been a haven of joy. I hadn’t been in for several years because of Covid/not being in the area. I had a hiccup in my plans while I was in town, and I knew where to go! I ordered a dry red wine flight, but the sweetest thing was having a beautiful place to enjoy a good conversation and shoot the breeze. Ladies, thank you for making my afternoon so beautiful!"
