"If I could give this location less than one star, I would. Every time I order from here, I pay for a venti and never get a full cup. I am also pregnant so decided to order a sandwich for breakfast this morning and the bacon was completely raw. Horrible quality every time, this place needs new management."

"I stopped by on my lunch break and ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered a grande iced sugar cookie latte with whole milk and two breakfast sandwiches. The line had about 4 cars in front of me and I knew they would be pretty busy since it was the first day of their holiday drinks being released. I got to the window, paid and they handed me my sandwiches and my drink which looked a little different but it was the right size and I was in a hurry. I left and realized it was someone else’s drink and normally I would’ve just said it’s fine but it was an iced coffee with 2% milk so I knew I wouldn’t be able to drink it. I turned around and went inside this time and explained to the man at the counter, Brad, that I was given the wrong drink. He was super polite and asked me what drink I was supposed to get instead and made it for me right then and there while offering to upgrade me to a venti but I declined since I was content with a grande. He was professional and quick to remake my drink and apologized for the mistake. Great customer service. I understand that this time of year is crazy for baristas and especially being the first day that the holiday drinks were released so I completely understand the mixup but overall the customer service was great and the drink was delicious!"
"Best Starbucks barista experience I’ve had to date. Very kind, and very helpful with suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to order since it went from 70 degrees to 40 degrees in one day. Brad in particular was super friendly!"
