"Saw they had deep dish pizza for a limited time and have been craving it after a trip to Chicago back in December & I had not been to Pagliais in a very long time. It was absolutely fantastic. Atmosphere is up beat and classy, staff is friendly and tentative and professional. Our bill was under $50 for 2 pops, 1 salad and a deep dish. Deep dishes obviously also take longer to cook but still was only around a half hour. Side note: take scissors. The cheese pull is phenomenal on this pizza but I lost a soldier off the spatula trying to contain the cheese and you don’t want to waste a slice of this masterpiece like I did."
