Domino's Pizza

": Disappointing Delivery Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with Domino's recently. After placing my order with great anticipation for a cozy night in, the wait for my pizza turned into an ordeal. Over two hours and twenty minutes passed without any sign of my meal or updates from the restaurant. Attempts to inquire about the delay resulted in vague responses and no concrete information on when I could expect my order. Not only did this ruin my plans, but the lack of communication and accountability was frustrating. The excitement for a simple pleasure turned into an evening of hunger and disappointment. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it's left me reconsidering my choices for future pizza nights."

"My food was delivered and left outside for about an hr no knock on the door no one rung on the bell and I placed my order as traditional delivery (which they was suppose to hand me my food) but instead my food box was slightly open left on the ground. The food was extremely cold & when I called the store to complain they told me they can’t do nothing about it and hang up on me.. all I wanted was a fresh food and for them to pick up the old order for a new delivery or refund my money ! It was really unprofessional they claimed my food was delivered 20 minutes after I placed my order and that they knocked the door … I’ve been sitting in my living room and no one knocked the door. I have a doorbell if anything they could’ve rung it or gave me a call as instructed."

"Do better… burnt, hardly any sauce. It’s a thin crust pepp. Figure it out. Not to mention the other 3 were prepped and cooked the same."

"BE CAREFUL! Their website wasn’t working correctly for I I wasn’t able to use my points. After calling them 3 times, I didn’t get anywhere; they kept sending my call to the store. The manager I spoke with informed me it wasn’t her job. It’s not my job is all she kept saying. Points or no points, I had hungry people to feed. I placed on order on-line but when I went to pick it up, the manager had cancelled it but didn’t bother to call and tell me. During the discussion about this with her, she decides it’s ok to drop a couple of “F” bombs. I’m in my 60’s and don’t want or warrant being spoken to like that. Then it dawns on me I had s previous encounter with her over extra marinara which they don’t have an option to order extra on-line. I was going to pay for it when the conversion started but when I left I didn’t have extra. That manager is very rude and her title has apparently gone to her head. Her disposition is that she is better than you. Now that I had to go through a second incident with her, I won’t be going back for round 3. I sent an email to the company about my second wear a while back but haven’t received a reply. They apparently think it’s ok for an employee to swear at a customer and cancel their order without their knowledge. Throw caution when ordering from this location."

"Just mediocre pizza. The pineapple (obviously isn’t fresh - I know) but is lacking in flavor. Many times we have ordered and it is not cut through. My 6 year old found a tiny bug on his slice last time and the wings are severely lacking in sauce. We have ordered from dominoes in many locations over the years and this one is lacking in the quality. The workers are friendly, but I want tasty pizza. They also forgot the dipping sauce for the cinnamon twist things one time as well."
