"the past two times i’ve gone in they’ve forgotten cold foam when both mobile ordering and drive through, when asking politely to either have them put it on the drink or refund me the 1.25, she responded very rudely and acted as if she would rather be doing anything other then helping me: this past time i went in for a iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and they gave me no caramel… at all, not even the regular amount they put in the drink. there mobile ordering is never on, i think it’s been on maybe 10 days out of the last month, which is super inconvenient, especially when you drive past and there is no on in the drive through or very few in the store. The store itself has been closed a lot lately too, whether closing early or just closed all together, none of the employees look like they want to be there."
"The store closes at 7:30 pm and it's 7:10 pm. These ladies are very lazy! And they don't want to see me to avoid me tell her my complaint!"
"I chose to go inside the store and had to wait 15 minutes until I checked on my one drink order. She said she had a bunch of mobile orders ahead of mine. We ended up leaving and having to come back for my order. They served the drive thru and mobile ahead of the inside customers! Let's hope my order is ready when I go back"
"Very nice handicap accessible ramp. I was there on a Saturday morning. Busy time. Friendly staff. I ordered a latte and a pastry. They forgot the pastry. I asked for it after about a half hour. I'll be back!"
"Madi truly went above and beyond to help me today and she provided me a great experience at this Starbucks! She is welcoming and eager to help, and did so with a joyful smile! I'm very happy with my experience and will be coming back often!"
