"I was frustrated after what happened to me today but after I saw the reviews it make sense looks like it’s something been happening at this place, I ordered a couple of times from this location and my order was messed up so today I was ordering as normal through the drive-through and I had a girl taking my order. She asked me what I wanted and then in the middle of me telling her my order, she asked me to repeat and repeat it and then when she repeated the order back to me, it was wrong so I repeated myself again and then I asked her to extra warm up the cheese danish, and she said they cannot do that when I always ask them to do that and they were able to do it so clearly she was new or not knowing what she’s doing and I was patient through all of that and acting nicely and then she had an attitude and she literally yelled at me name ?? she’s the one who was mad so I asked to talk to someone else and then the guy who talk to me the first thing he said I’m sorry you’re gonna have to talk to whoever you’re talking to. I was like OK but she’s not getting what I’m saying and he was like then we need to be patient!!!! Can you see your order on the screen when the screen was off!! I was like yeah the screen is off so there were the one who is mad at me because I wanted my order to be right that’s all I want it !!! I don’t know what’s going on at this location but all I know is the manager need to have a talk with his employees about a customer service and explain what customer service to them because apparently they get mad at you if you want to your order to be right because you have to take whatever they serve you?!!!"

"As a loyal daily customer, I thought I would try this new Starbucks since it’s close to my house and I was NOT impressed. I have given this Starbucks three chances thinking since it’s new give it a chance… 1. As standard, the medicine ball in a Venti should be double cupped as it is too hot… strike one. 2. I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher, and the barista did not have any customer service skills whatsoever. I ordered my drink with light ice, and she proceeded to add more than extra ice… strike 2. 3. For their last chance, I decided to order an espresso drink. I ordered an iced shaken espresso with some customizations, and it was not even close to what I had ordered in the espresso was completely off and tasted like my shots had ‘died’. I will continue to drive farther to the Westown or Walden location where they make it right EVERY time and serve with a smile."

"First impressions are good! The facility is modern and there's plenty of space to park and get around. The drive through structure might pose a problem if this one gets as busy as others in the area (comes in off a side street). The staff is friendly and my order was correct and tasted great the first time around."
