Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha Eppley Airport/Carter Lake

"Location was great. Service? Not so much. It took us a long time of waiting, ringing bells, even phoning the front desk before someone showed to check us in. Floors were dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Despite the website stating a noon checkout time, the sign at the front desk said 11 a.m. We were told we could check with the manager but he was no where to be seen. "Male enhancement" wrappers were laying in the parking lot. There just doesn't seem to be a lot of care or concern about any part of this motel. And we rented two rooms...one for us and one for our son and his new bride. We should have just driven 70 miles home."

"This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever walked into. When we pulled up to the hotel, many windows were open (an indication of fumigation), the building was cracked and pieces missing. When registering for our room, the front desk staff appeared to be irritated with us. Check in was at 3p, it was 430p when we arrived and our room was not ready. When we finally got into the room, I flipped up the mattress to look for critters, but instead found black mold and multiple stain of unknown origin on the mattress. Only a small sheet would separate us from this filth. Electrical outlets were broken, as was the drain in the bath tub. When we left, we dropped off the key and went to the Best Western down the street and never looked back! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!"

"OOF! This was interesting... room cleanliness is terrible... hallways terrible.... stairways terrible.... rusted shower rails, stained curtains, stained chairs (not just stained, but you know), holes in the wall, syrup?? On the table (probably not syrup at this point), constant smell of weed and cigarettes are a little over powering, door doesn't shut or seal... but hey it's a cheap stay a few hours before our flight right away in the morning"

"The service was good. The room was cheap but humid. The air filters were dirty. I cleaned mine. The bed was pretty comfy. The bathroom shower would not completely shut off and there was mold on the shower curtain. It was quiet and close to the airport though."

"My stay here was quite enjoyable. The owner's friendliness added a personal touch to my experience. The highlight was the fantastic free breakfast. Additionally, its proximity to Eppley Airport makes it a convenient choice for travelers. However, it's worth noting that the motel is somewhat challenging to access via public transportation like buses. Overall, a great choice for a short stay with excellent amenities."
