"We had the best experience at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Lake View. The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays and honestly felt like home! Hot coffee and delicious hot breakfast was a major plus. We also enjoyed the coffee in the room and the sliding glass doors on the first floor with views of the lake. All front desk staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend a stay here to anyone!"

"This is THE best hotel I have stayed in - in years! Our stay was at the beginning of July, 2023. We booked a total of 12 rooms for a family gathering. The manager and staff were exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was CLEAN - very few hotels can claim this! Beds and pillows were great. The location is off of the lake so we enjoyed our view of the lake as we sat right outside our room on the little patio and enjoyed our Iowa days and nights. Jody- you are amazing and Thank You for giving us an enjoyable place to stay !"
"Sometimes there are just not enough words to describe how wonderful things are - that applies to this hotel. This is our go to place and we come here several times a year. It is right off the lake and is spotless clean and lovely. Their staff is so incredibly friendly. I have to mention their manager - Jody is amazing. We always feel so welcome! A few weeks ago I accidentally double booked a room and she took the time to email me to ask about it. Most places would just leave it alone and charge my card. Also, thank you to Susan for helping me find my purse last night, lol! You don’t know how much I appreciated that and everything you guys do!!!"
"This was my first time at a Cobblestone and if the Lake View site is a testament to their brand, I will seek them out in other locations. The suite was spacious and the hotel had all necessary amenities. Who needs a pool when you are situated on a beautiful lake and the hotel has its own dock? What made this stay special was the staff. They were the sweetest, most helpful and accommodating staff I have ever met a hotel. Wonderful stay during RAGBRAI. I just wish it had been longer."
