"They wouldn’t see my 5 week old baby that has this check up set because we got her x-rays done because she had been making weird noises well we end up finding out that her lungs are inflame and we already had an appointment set up for the next day and apparently we didn’t make it even though there is a 15 minute period you get before that won’t take you we were there with 1 minute less but yet we had to talk with the people at the front so apparently we weren’t checked in one time and then they tell us that they were full even though there’s was only one car in the patient parking lot, you’d think they’d be more concerned about a newborn with lung problem but no they just send you off with a pat on the back and tell you just go to an emergency room if it gets worse or just take her to a quick care. Plus when we tried to reschedule they wanted to schedule for next month what sense does that make. If something happens to my baby in the 3 days that we have to wait until she can get seen it’ll be on the unitypoint foundation"

"They're clearly still learning the ropes a bit as the place is new, but everyone there has been very friendly and kind. Very glad to have this location as an option!"

"I'm sure it's a nice facility. Unfortunately there is no bus route for this location. You have to walk 23 minutes. (over a mile) to get to facility from the bus. Way to far for me."

"Not happy with the service of this company. I switched from one unity point to this one because I was told that they wouldn't make me wait months to see a Dr if I needed to be seen. Now look the exact same thing is happening at this unity point. Seriously unitypoint you really need to do better for your patients."
