"Its a great craft store but offers so much more. They are all ready-made seasonal decorations are beautiful and the store offers many items a person may need for their own art projects."
"I've had decent customer experiences here. Usually they only have one person checking out so sometimes it moves slow when it's busy. But they have everything organized but it's definitely kinda overwhelming and you have to rely on signs to know where you're going. It's not really organized by projects. But I've bought alot of craft storage and other random craft things here and haven't had any issues. I love the rainbow carts they have and use them alot for my business. Michaels is a little expensive so I recommend always looking out for sales before deciding to pay full price for something !"
"Decent selection of many crafting genres. Prices tend to be a little high, but generally most items are on ‘sale’ and you can always find their coupons on their website. Only complains I have from todays visit: their was only one cashier available. Also, we bought several glass/breakable items. The cashier didn’t have any paper to wrap them in. Instead she used a dozen of more plastic bags to wrap them up. While I appreciate the effort she went to to prevent breakage, the waste of bags as disheartening."
"I knew what I was going in to pick up, and a few things I wasn't planning on getting. There were about five employees who while busy moving things around stillade time to say good morning to me. Cashier was really nice & helpful! I'm not in this store often but when I am, I've never had a bad experience!!"
"Art supplies for aisles and aisles. I discovered this store so many years ago and it has been there through my embroidery, crochet, cricut paper crafting, drawing and painting phases. Ordering online and picking up in the store makes it easy because when I go in I tend to buy more when I look around too much. The cons to going here would be the cute wooden wall art signs and other cheap decorations are not very good quality so I stick to art and party supplies when I shop here"
