"What was supposed to be an exciting milestone for our 3 year old turned into disappointment and broken promises. We were told 2 weeks when we purchased our bed, it actually turned out to be 6. We were told our items were finally in, only to drive 40 minutes to the store to find out they were not. The manager, Jacob, told us he would have the items that were missing delivered to our home for free in 2 weeks. Our items were not delivered, and I had to call myself to find out when they arrived to the store. I reached out to the regional manager with no response. Be cautious when purchasing furniture here. The company only cares about your money, nothing else."
