"The front desk lady was as cold as she can be same thing with the nurse (Dan I think is his name). They don't look at the patient face at all. Eye contact and smile will be the best they could do in order to make the patient feel welcome. My appointment was at 2:00 pm, today September 15/22 with Dr. Mani."
"Had to get a glucose test done here, called in before hand to make sure I was going to the right place, very helpful staff on the phones. Went through the womens health center first where they were able to kindly direct me to the lab. Checked in at the lab with my physicians order and within 10 minutes I was out of there. Chris the lab doctor was very kind and quick with it all. Did not even feel the needle go into my arm. Great bedside manner. Over all good experience for me. :)"
