"Glad others had good luck. Our water heater went out on a Friday night. I waited until Monday AM to call (to avoid weekend pricing). All I got was "we're booked up" and that was the end of the conversation. No offer to come as soon as possible or anything. Just "we're booked up". They may as well have added "enjoy your cold showers" just to rub it in a little."
"Quickly fixed our leaking sinks and toilet and explained the issue of why they were leaking (someone elses instalation errors). Had him go ahead and check all the other sinks and toilets and sure enough, they weren't tightened down either. Got everything tightened up for a reasonable price. Will definitely call them for any future needs!"
"We purchased a water heater and they were able to install it the same day. Installer was very quick and professional.Updated 4/2022 Rheem water heater had a recall. They worked with us waiting for the part to be delivered and made sure we were taken care of asap. Will use again in the future. Very honest people."
