"My fiance and I got our first spray tans here last week to prepare for competition photos. The manager was incredibly helpful talking us through the different options and helping us pick what would work best for us, and walking us through the entire tanning process from start to finish. She answered all our questions patiently. For all that and because my fiance's tan turned out great, I'd love to leave a 5 star rating. However, despite following all prep and post care instructions, my tan turned out very splotchy on my back and abdomen. When I called them the next day to ask if they could help fix it, they told me it was free tan week so I could come get a free tan, but otherwise there was nothing they could do. I also left a message with their corporate office, and they never returned my phone call. For me, the whole experience felt unprofessional and dismissive, and I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. Update: Sun Tan City corporation did reach out to me about an hour after I left this review and offered me a free tan. It was not what I was looking for so I am not updating the number of stars for my review."

"My girlfriend comes here every morning to tan... fast and very friendly... kind of expensive for a yearly memberships but not horrible... the staff is very efficient and helpful everytime I'm there there always quick to help customers as well as clean the beds for the next client is recommend this place to anyone who wants a fast and friendly tanning salon"
