"What a great place. They handled us as walk-ins beautifully even though they were busy with a little girls birthday party. Observed them being so great with the little girls while checking to make sure we were good waiting a bit. And the actual service was absolutely outstanding!"

"The salon was clean, the staff was nice for the most part. The tech user her nails to pull off a hang nail instead of using a proper room and ripped my skin causing me to bleed. I got a shellac polish change and it looks fine but is bumpy. My nail shape is not consistent either. I probably won’t be back unless I have no other option."

"It always feels like a hit or miss with this place. Usually I get extremely mean nail ladies but the one time I get super nice one my nails are NOT good. I wanted an acrylic French tip and the woman did not ask me what color I chose for the base and I wanted them more coffin shaped rather than blocky and square. She was very nice and I really liked her, it was the nail itself I did not like. I wont be going back. Not only that but my first time going the lady was EXTREMELY mean to me and at the time that was my first time getting my nails done. She drilled into my skin on every finger."

"Worst place I’ve ever been to. Went in to get four pedicures. Got three basic pedicures and one of the biggest pedicures. The biggest one lasted as long as the basic pedicures we got. I went in for a treat for my dad and left disappointed. Not only to mention the worker I had was upset with me for not getting shellac on my toes again so my pedicure was rushed. Yes she got paint on my nail. But I wasn’t expecting there to be paint all over my toe too. My cuticle line is flooded with paint and then some. On other toes the sides of my nails are not even painted at all. Thought I was going to a professional place to get my toes done. When I could have just done it myself at home and gotten better results than this."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst set of nails I’ve had done. The lady didn’t even do the shape I asked for (pretty sure she had no idea what I was talking about.) I wanted tapered square nails. She proceeded to just do square nails, when I brought up that they weren’t what I asked for she got really rough with my nails. Then made them in to coffin shaped, again not what I asked for. My nails are different lengths as well. Also the prices for the pink to white online are $50 when in reality they charge $55. My cousin also got her nails done and they are absolutely horrible. (I put pics of what we wanted and what we got) the man doing my cousins nails made her bleed and processed to just cover it with acrylic. The original price for the 2 mani pedis was $226 we have a coupon for $50 off so it dropped the price down to $171, we paid, no tip and left. Then my cousin checked her bank account and they took $206 out, that’s almost $35 that they tried to steal from her. So we went back to get a refund because we weren’t happy with our nails to begin with and they also over charged her card. Which she’s gone there before multiple times and they’ve never over charged her card. They claimed it was the bank that over charged her card. So we went back for the refund and they said they don’t do them and had me talk on the phone with their boss who told me they could redo them but won’t refund us because they don’t work for free but if they were to redo them they’d be working for free so that didn’t make much sense to us. I told them we’d pay for the pedicures but want a refund for the manicures and they could remove our nails as well. They just kept saying no refund then called the cops on us. Worst experience ever. If you value your nails and your hard earned money please don’t go here. They don’t listen and everything’s overpriced once your done. They probably don’t do refunds because they don’t know what they’re doing. And had so many people mad about their nails. They clearly don’t know very much about doing nails either."
