She always gives me exactly what I want when it comes to style and color. There have been times where I’m not sure what I should do to change it up, and I trust her opinions completely! I always get compliments and I always tell everyone to go see Heather at Cost Cutters in Altoona! The salon is always clean and everyone is always greeted and waited on in a timely manner. The products I’ve been recommended are always awesome and suited to my hair type. The prices are reasonable and much lower than some of the salons I’ve gone to in the past. I will not be changing stylists/salons anytime soon!"
