"So an older lady came to take off the design that was already on my nails and she struggled the whole time and then walked off and didn’t say anything to me nor did anyone else, and I sat there for almost 20 more minutes before anybody came over to start doing my nails. The lady that did my nails had very shaky hands And was using the machine and scraping my skin and then was unable to do a very simple design so I had to just get one solid color instead of getting what I wanted. I will absolutely never go to this place again"

"Horrible..:tech was rough, cut my skin twice with the cuticle clippers, uneven polish, only rubbed the lotion in…did not massage as the description states, my feet are no different then what they were when I walked in…when I brought it to the attention of the guy checking me out he was rude and unprofessional; he talked to me as if I were a child. (Btw…I came to this exact salon yesterday for my nails and had an amazing experience, my tech was great!), but after the way the “manager” treated me I will not return."

"8/3 Lost a nail already in less than two weeks of having of them. Very disappointed :( I was doing dishes so not anything rough on my nails. 8/30 I have been back twice since losing the mail for a fill and polish change. I have had no issues and it is always so quick! 7/23 Had a great experience at Bebe. They were so quick too got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure in an hour and a half. The pedicure was so relaxing with a great leg massage. And my nails were just like the picture I showed them. Will definitely be back"
