The staff was helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable in both tools and wood variety. Even answered questions and looked up new tools in lieu of discontinued tools. "In February I had an issue issue with a power tool I purchased there. I have never received such great customer support anywhere as I did from them. Eric the manager and Mark the asst manager both drove to NE CR to rectify the issue. The entire staff is knowledgeable about all the products and if they are not sure the answer to your question, they ask another member or in one instance did some research and called me back. They DO NOT make up answer to satisfy you. The employees are all great, they have a good stock, they will special order items, help with loading bigger items, and greet u with a smile and friendly comment upon your arrival. I drive 40 miles a couple times a month to shop there. Please join me in supporting this great business to sustain them for a long time to come."
