"The supervisor that was working on the first floor on 10/8 early afternoon was amazing! I didn't catch her name but she helped me with a most likely pretty rare issue I had with customer service about an online order. Customer service sent me to the store and even though there wasn't much she could do on her end she advocated for me to customer service over the phone for quite some time while also managing a busy floor and checking out many people at the counter. I really appreciate it!"

"My granddaughters enjoy shopping the accessories. Staff avoids customers. Quite surprised when I checked out and paid $115 then asked for a bag and clerk demanded another dime after I finished transaction, don’t usually carry change anymore. Somewhat ridiculous to run a credit card through for a dime. I left without a bag. Will shop elsewhere from now on. From reading other comments I see we got off easy."

"Their system seems to be down more often than not and is cash only, meaning you cannot shop by card, use / earn points, or make any returns. Also their employees are rude regarding the cash only and will basically make you feel stupid if you do not have cash or ask any questions."

"Don’t shop here! I took my daughter to this store prepared to drop several hundred dollars there. She picked out all her stuff; she’s 14 and growing so we went to the fitting rooms to find out that there was junk piled in front of them. An employee, older man in a sparkly mask and no name tag, was walking by so I asked about a fitting room. He rudely told me that they were closed. I asked how we are supposed to buy anything if she can’t try it on? And why are they closed? He immediately jumped to extreme rudeness and said in a loud voice “Ma’am! I just work here.. it’s a corporate decision! I’m just trying to work to feed my family!!” He was rude, condescending, and aggressive. I managed to bite back everything that I wanted to say and turned my back and walked away. We put all her clothes back and spent our money at a competitor. If an employee can’t handle a simple question in a retail setting without being rude and aggressive, they need to be fired. I am also filing a formal complaint with their management. Moral of the story… don’t spend your money at a store who treats customers like they are an inconvenience."

"H&M is exactly what you expected it to be. The clothes are never too pricey, nor are they too fancy. As long as you aren't too impulsive there are not a lot of items in here that you will feel you overpaid for. Only real complaint was that they only had one person working the registers while we were there, so the line backed up quick, and it took some time to get out of there."
