"By far the best customer service I have experienced at a retail store. I had an issue with a pair of Ecco’s I purchase and Cody went above and beyond to help get this resolved. After contacting the manufacturer about the warranty claim process and finding out that I had to send the shoes in and wait 5-6 weeks for a new pair I stopped in to see Cody again to see what options he had for me. Swapped me out of my shoes into a brand new pair and was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Cody…. You have a customer for life !!!"
