"Was just in there, going to buy 2 pairs of boots, when I sent them back with Austin to to check sizes, he handed the cheaper pair to another employee to put a new hanging tag on RAISING the price 20 dollars when he came back from the back, he said they put the wrong price tag on it, hanging from it (not my problem) and didn't even bring me the other pair. Will never be back."

"I came in to buy my daughter a pair of UGGS that I thought I saw on sale, on line. I found the boots she wanted but they were not on sale? A store rep. named Olivia McClure came up to me and asked if I needed help. I explained to Olivia I thought the boots would be on sale. She informed me that Uggs were not usally on sale. I told her I thought I saw online that they were? At this time Olivia went the extra mile for me. She went on line to try and find the "sale price" I was talking about. Together we could not find it? I obviously was incorrect and becouse of her I felt very comfortable in my purchase that day. Keep up the great work Olivia, and thank for the great cust. service."
