"They should remove the sign off of the cash register and replace it with one that says no cash back at all instead of no extra cash back because what does that even actually mean why have the option of cash back where you pay the manager her name tag I think Katie or Kathy it was an older lady. She was very rude about it but she could’ve been having a long day especially with this heat going on either way no excuse to be rude to customers!"

"Staff is slow. Always long lines. Waited for almost 15 mins. I only get a 10 min break. So thats twice I've had to drop my stuff and walk out. The cashier should have ask the person in the back to help at the register. Then she said she would be back because she had to get a propane tank. Which I'm sorry she should have called the person in the back of the store to get it and finish ringing up the customers. Ill stick to hyvee."
