"I've been coming here for yrs usually pretty good but they absolutely suck on getting important medicine like antibiotics hell 2 3 4 days come on pisses me off enough I just get my normal stuff here now not the big important stuff I go straight down to methodist hospital to thier pharmacy always in stock with zero problems hyvee txt ya ya your stuffs ready get up thier n it's not ready or hasn't come in ok then what ya tct n call for saying it was in if I get a txt now I just wait 2 or 3 days wouldn't wanna rush them"
"Prescription came in on a Thursday, called on Saturday to inquire what the status was and I was finally told that my my med is on back order which I understand it happens but I had to call them to find out that it wasn't getting filled. Instead of the pharmacy calling me to let me know right away so I could try to make other arrangements with my doctor that isn't open on weekends. On to the next pharmacy."
