"I’d like to see you keep receipt paper in the printers on the pumps. With the price of gas these days many people use apps that give money back for receipts. As many times as I have not been able to get a receipt at the pump, it’s leaning me toward going somewhere else for my gas"
"Ordered a specialty pizza and a single topping pizA with extra cheese for delivery, and when it arrived it was NOT sealed and as of July of 2022 all food delivery services are supposed to seal food bags for safety, and this was not done and I can't get anyone at the store to answer the phone for 2 days so I'm asking is it normal for caseys to not seal the pizza boxes? I emailed you and then I was told it was sent to the store but it has been a few days and nobody has even reached out to explain why you aren't following the state law?"
"By far the worst cases I've ever been to day after day with little to no food if there is any it's old terrible customer service just all around really bad. If you have any other option go somewhere else."
"Buttons were broken on the pump, couldn’t read my Hyvee rewards, cold brew was out, coke and half the soda flavors were out of syrup as the soda machine. Checkout was a mess and cashiers pretty surly. No pizza available and frankly just a disappointment all around."
"First pump I tried had a broken card reader. Second pump the diesel didn’t work, which is the fuel type I need. Had to wait for a large truck hogging the only working diesel pump for almost 10 minutes. Casey’s has gone so downhill over the last few years. Good luck trying to compete with Kwik Star."
