"I took my car in for an overheating issue i have experienced several times in the past 2 weeks. I made an appointment and they didn’t even run a diagnostic until 24 hrs after my appointment, and that’s because I called and asked if they had done it yet. after running the diagnostic they call me and tell me my car is totally fine. and that they took it for a test drive and the overheating light never went off. which I find really hard to believe since it has gone off several times the last few weeks and my coolant light has reached the maxed out high level. they told me to take my car home and that everything is fine. not very happy with the service I received since there is definitely something wrong with my car and they kinda just ran their little diagnostic and called it good, instead of looking into it further."
