"As a rule I love Kwik Star, but this one is a hot mess, and has been for the better part of a year. They often have mostly empty food warmers. Even during peak times. On more than one occasion I've asked how long it will be before an item is out, and they can't even seem to locate the kitchen staff. It's also common to have too few or zero clerks at the counter. I recently had to wait a surprising amount of time for a single employee to come out of the back to ring up my purchase. Kwik Star, if you're reading this, you seriously need to fix this store!"

"It is the worst Kwik-Star, but only because it is filled with incompetent workers who have no training and speak to you in a condescending way when they screw up. I think the real issue lies with the store manager, who probably did not receive good training or support. Either fire the store manager or train them properly, for god's sake! This was the third and final time I used this location. This is the third time in three attempts to buy gas from them that they messed up putting the authorization on a pump. They act like I am the idiot, but honestly, this only happens with them, like every time I have been here. I am not made of money, and when they steal my money and don't give me gas, I can't pay them a second time as they have my money. I have to sleep in my car tonight because of their incompetent behavior, and I am unable to go home or to work until they decide to give me my money back!"

"This place has really grown over the past several months. They have a huge selection of hot and ready food, and also meals you can take home and heat up. I love their chicken! Their grocery selection is good too, with meat, veggies, fruit, and dairy items at really low prices. There is a great drink selection, including a walk in beer cooler. And they make it really convenient by offering shopping carts. Their gas is usually the lowest in the area, and the car wash offers soft touch or touchless options."
