"Being a transplant from Wisconsin I was super excited to see these stores start to pop up around the Des Moines area. (When i moved here the nearest one was in Waterloo!) I have been a loyal Kwik Tripper for over 35 years and have seen this company grow and more importantly improve. The Grimes location on Beaverbrooke does not disappoint. Clean, well run, friendly staff, awesome prices. Beats the heck out of the Caseys in my small town where I live. Had a hard time getting used to the Kwik Star name, but well worth the 20 minute drive to get gas and avoid Caseys. Happy to see they are building one in Perry, even closer to home!"
"My all time favorite gas station. Great coffee, great staff and stores are always clean. I love their car washes, and matter of fact, probably the best touchless wash in the Des Moines and surrounding suburbs, but my only complaint is wishing they would do an affordable monthly carwash club. That's my only reason I gave it 4 stars. Let's get that figured out please and thank you!"
