"Went to get a certain perfume, needed help finding it and had to go look for someone. Some of the people working there were more interested in talking to each other and acted like we were bothering them asking for help. Then decided to look at bras to see if they'd have something that would fit me. Ended up finding another girl and she measured me above my chest for my band size? Why in the world would you measure me there when the band is below? Tried them on and of course the band was huge and cups were way too small. Asked for a band 2 sizes down and bigger cups, She said it would be really tight, kept insisting I should try only 1 size smaller. So I said sure and tried it on, of course still too big of a band. She finally gave me the smaller size but didn't have the bigger cups in it. I'll keep ordering online. Stop measuring people the wrong way to fit them in the bras you have instead of their actual size. Only gave 2 stars because some of the people were nice."

"Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely! I have had the bras last years. Years!! Comfortable fitting. The staff will for you if you need it. I completely recommend."

"Horrible service! Went in there with my girl and two workers just looked at us like we were ruining their conversation and their joking around time by being there. There was at most maybe three customers in the store, so it's not like they were busy. My girl had to literally go up to them and ask for some help. One worker walked away and the other took her to an area of the store and then pointed to another area. She was of no assistance especially since my girl was trying to get sized for bras. She had no interest in doing her job and seemed inconvenienced by people being there."

"Had a sale sign marked 19.99 bras. They weren’t ringing up that way. When I asked why the cashier was wry rude with her words and tone. I questioned why the signs were up if they weren’t on sale. Another snarky and rude response. I asked for her name so I could speak to a manager as I work in customer service and I never use that tone with anyone, but she refused to give it to me. Just beware if you shop here it’s a bunch of snarky college students who have no clue what customer service is. Manager does not care that workers speak to customers that way. Don’t recommend this location."

"Slow checkout times. One person running the register at the front. Possibly due to staffing issues but should have posted a sign in the back saying to checkout at the entrance. Update on the way out: The cashier was super nice. However walking out there were at least three other staff members who could've aided. Two of which were standing and organizing underwear. Shouldn't have waited 15min to checkout on Monday night."
