"Just wanted to drop a quick review of our recent visit to the Mall of America Nordstrom Rack. Normally wouldn’t write a review of a mall or retail store, but the woman who checked us out, India, struck us as so wonderful. She was super kind to our daughter despite a busy check out. But the part that was great…a young woman walked up to her while we were checking out asking if she knew the number for security, as she had lost her cousin. India jumped into action, not missing a beat, calling immediately and taking care of the situation. Turns out all was well with the boy, but we were just super impressed with her. Nice going!"
