"I've always been happy with the choices at this location and the perks of being a rewards member. Additionally I think the staff there is fantastic always helping with choices, advice on fit, etc.. My only complaint is that there isn't free tailoring currently offered. I just had a few pieces shortened at my local tailor and it added quite a bit to the cost of the purchase. Several neighboring athletic stores offer free tailoring and it is hard to justify having the added cost to purchases at Athleta. My understanding is that it is a service usually offered but there isn't a current tailor for this location. I hope there is one soon for my next purchase that requires shortening."

"Bought a swim suit online from Athleta in anticipation of travel in winter. I wore it one time and it faded like it was bleached out. When I called to report this, they apologized but could do nothing to help since it was over 5 months since it was purchased! I buy a lot of athleta clothing but may have to reassess where I spend my money for better quality and customer service….unfortunate!"

"Placed an order and they said it would be delivered in 3-5 business days. Received the confirmation email. I received DOZENS of other promo emails from Athleta but nothing about my order. 3 weeks later, still no package. So I sign into the website and see my order is back ordered for 4 months!!! I did not receive an email about this or any notice. I contact their support and all they do is say “do you want to place another order for a different item and we can waive priority shipping”. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone"
